Yes, yes, we can finally announce that Equine MERC now has a graphic designer! Besides marketing experts Luc, Daisy & Manon, designer Liz is now part of the team of the equestrian marketing and events agency. She explains why it is so cool that she is now one of us!
Tell us; who are you, where are you from and what are your hobbies? The newest employee of Equine MERC: “My name is Liz van de Vorstenbosch, I am 23 years old and I am originally from Heeswijk-Dinther. The loves of my life are my friend Jovanni and home rabbit Puck. In my spare time I sing in a band and I like to paint with ecoline. ”
Why did you become a graphic designer? Liz: “I’ve always loved to design, draw and paint. That’s why I decided to study Media Design at St. Lucas in Boxtel. After that, I worked at a retail company as a junior graphic designer for two years. ”
Now you make the switch to Equine MERC. What will your contribution be? Liz: “I am hired as a graphic designer to create all the graphical expressions of Equine MERC, and of course the customers. I’m going to design all the posters, flyers, leaflets and logos. I have no knowledge of horses at all, but I think that’s a good thing. Because I have no connection with the elegant animals, my designs are more out of the box and we often get new insights! ”
Do you really have no connection with horses? Liz: “Well okay, I’ve had some horse riding classes in the past. But this has been such a long time ago; I really would not know how to do it anymore! Maybe it’s an idea to pick up that hobby again! “To be continued …
